Managed Protective Services, Inc., is comprised of experienced professionals. Our staff are of one mind in the effort to carry out Managed Protective Services, Inc’s mission. Our goal is to serve the wards and protected persons and provide them excellent service and hope that the individual may be made whole and returned to an unrestricted life. They see their responsibility as one of interim safeguarding.

Jane Anne Geisler - MPS

Jane Anne Geisler, MG, CMC, PLF

President and Founder

President and Founder of Managed Protective Services, Inc. in 1991. Jane Anne started her practice recognizing there was a significant need for services to the elderly, disabled and seriously mentally ill. Her commitment is to provide individualized treatment to enhance the quality of life of her clients, to foster growth and self-reliance, and to provide dignity and respect to those she serves.

Jane Anne received her training and education in Ontario, Canada, specifically geared in the psychological needs of the mentally ill and mentally retarded population. Jane Anne was the first professional fiduciary in Arizona to receive the designation of Master Guardian in 1991. She has over thirty years of experience working with the mentally ill, the elderly and incapacitated population, and managing difficult and multifaceted cases. Jane Anne is a proud member of the National Association of Geriatric Case Managers, National Academy of Certified Care Managers, and Arizona Fiduciary Association.

Glenn Gloria

Estate Administrator Supervisor

Licensed Fiduciary, Estate Manager, joined MPS, Inc. in 2004. Glenn has over ten years of experience in financial management, trust administration, financial exploitation prevention, and settling estates. During his tenure, Glenn has contributed to the recovery of thousands of dollars in assets for individual victims of financial exploitation and undue influence. He has successfully managed and administered multifaceted cases, and is responsible for the sustainability of estates. Glenn holds an active fiduciary license issued by the Arizona Supreme Court. In his free time, you can most likely find Glenn fishing one of Arizona’s lakes.

Antoinette Nelson

Care Manager Supervisor

Geriatric Care Manager, joined MPS, Inc. in 2014. Toni has over thirteen years of experience helping those with behavioral health issues and special needs. She has a background working with clients with dual diagnosis, severe mental health, and behavioral health issues, and has experience running support groups. Her passion is serving as an advocate for the elderly. Toni is qualified and trained in crisis prevention, and is currently enrolled in the Bachelors of Psychology program with Columbia College. Toni moved to Arizona from the Chicago area. As a busy mother of five, she spends a lot of time with her family.

Regina Mckissick

Office Manager/Estate Administrator/Accounting Administrator

Estate Administrator/Office Manager. Regina has over 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller and Human Resources Supervisor. She has assisted in the growth and organization of policy and procedures for each company she has been employed with. Regina has an extensive background in all financial aspects of running a profitable and accurate business, which have prepared her for her position with Managed Protective Services, Inc. Regina enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter.

Kallie Knight

Paralegal

Kallie has nearly 20 years of experience as a paralegal in Arizona, with a career focus concentrated in elder law matters, including estate planning, probate and trust administration, as well as guardian and conservatorships, financial exploitation and elder abuse. Kallie has attended numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars and was previously a member of the Maricopa County Bar Paralegal Division. Kallie is active in Crossfit, participates in community events and local fundraisers, and loves nothing more than spending time with her family.

Aidan Jarvis

Care Manager

Geriatric Care Manager, joined MPS, Inc. in 2016. Aidan has over thirteen years of Case Management experience working with a diverse group of people. Aidan has a background serving the elderly and the developmentally disabled as well as those with behavioral health issues. Aidan also has experience working with probationers and parolees. Aidan has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Edgewood College in Madison, WI.

Michelle McFadden

Care Manager

Care Manager, joined Managed Protective Services, Inc. in 2017. Michelle has a passion for helping people, so her work as a case manager has been a perfect fit for MPS. She is compassionate and dependable, and is a natural at comforting and guiding her clients to ensure that all their needs are met. She has 13 years of experience in the medical field and is proficient and adept at processing insurance claims, coding and billing while working with multiple insurance companies. Michelle has a beautiful 12-year-old daughter who is the light of her life. For the past seven years, she has volunteered her services in the City of Surprise coaching youth volleyball and basketball leagues.

David Reber

Estate Administrator

Estate Administrator joined MPS, Inc. in 2016. David has a diverse background ranging from military test documentation and analysis to intercultural teaching, business management, and Turkish language translation. In addition, he built and managed a real estate portfolio, and has managed multiple projects. Other experience in inventory control, stock management, and intermodal ocean shipping prepared him for the wide range of duties as Estate Administrator. David has well over 100 hours of volunteer service and has composed inspirational works with worldwide distribution.

Marianne Farinas

Estate Administrator

Estate Administrator, joined MPS, Inc. in 2016. Marianne majored in Paralegal Studies with a Pre-Law minor and has over 15 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus in estate accounting and administration, estate planning, real estate, probate, guardianship, and ALTCS/disability. Marianne also has over 7 years of experience as a Clerk of Court in Maricopa County. She and her husband have been married for twenty-four years and have three beautiful children.

Gwyndolen Kemnitz

Estate Administrator

BA, LDP, Estate Administrator, joined MPS, Inc in 2017. Gwyn holds Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Studies with a Pre-Law Minor. She has over twenty years of experience as a paralegal and law office administrator, with substantial skill and knowledge in the elder law arena, including estate planning, real estate, probate, guardianship and ALTCS/disability planning and is licensed by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Legal Document Preparer. Gwyn has volunteered at numerous non-profit organizations over the years, and currently serves on the Board of the Arizona Justice Center, a non-profit legal services organization in Glendale, Arizona. Gwyn enjoys spending time with family outdoors and volunteering at her church and supporting organizations that improve the lives of children and military families.

Kelly Sibell

Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant, began her career with MPS as a part time file clerk, but quickly learned the ins and outs of the business and is now our full-time Administrative Assistant. Kelly is fairly new to Arizona from California where she was a self-employed business owner. Kelly has two wonderful children, a son in high school that rides motor cross, and a daughter in college.
